🏠 House Rules 1. Non-smoking apartment 🚭 Please do not smoke inside the apartment. Any violation will be charged. 2. Quiet hours 🤫 Respect night-time quiet hours after 22:00 and avoid disturbing neighbors in the building’s common areas. 3. Kitchen & cooking 🍳 • Always use cutting boards – do not cut directly on the counter or in pans. • Do not open the dishwasher until the program has finished (signal beep). • After using the dishwasher, leave the door slightly open to prevent moisture. 4. Laundry 🧺 • After washing, leave the washing machine door slightly open to prevent moisture. • A washer & dryer are available – please follow the instructions for programs. 5. Air conditioning ❄️ Turn off the AC when leaving the apartment and during check-out. 6. Bed rules 🛏️ Please do not use any creams, oils, or paints in bed – violation will be sanctioned. 7. Check-out ⏰ • Check-out time is 10:00 AM on the day of departure. • Please place the keys in the key box and make sure the door is locked when leaving. 8. Restricted doors 🚪 Some doors in the apartment are for maintenance only.
